Short description: - If requisition is in 'Approved' state, then user can view 'convert to order option' (if they have relevant permissions
- User is presented modal with list of options for warehouses
- Confirmation modal is presented to user to confirm their choice
- A notification is shown that the requisition has been converted to an order
- The current requisition page is refreshed
