Objectives

  • Ensure all end-users at all levels are trained and competent in the use of SELV v3

  • Ensure end-users receive training appropriate for their functions and duties

  • Provide adequate support during and after the training

Approach

The training should be comprehensive and flexible to allow either in-person training sessions or remote sessions. Materials will be streamlined so they are brief and easy for users to follow.

Ideally, all materials and training sessions will be hosted in an online platform to allow users easy, constant access. Materials should be downloadable and potentially available via a mobile application
