Instructions

Steps:

  1. If you forgot your password, please click the “forgot password” link from the eLMIS sign-in page(Ikiwa umesahau nenosiri lako, tafadhali bofya kiungo cha "kusahau nenosiri" kutoka kwenye ukurasa wa kuingia katika eLMIS)



  2. Please provide either your eLMIS username or the email address you have used to register on the system, and click “Submit” (Tafadhali toa jina lako ulilojisajili eLMIS au anwani ya barua pepe uliyojisajili kwenye mfumo, na bofya "Tuma)



  3. Upon clicking “Submit,” the below pop-up message will appear. ( Baada ya kubonyeza "Wasilisha," ujumbe utaonekana.)



  4. Check your email for an email from eLMIS Support. Follow the link included to reset your password. (Angalia barua pepe yako kama utakua umepokea barua pepe kutoka kwa LMIS Support. Fuata kiungo kilijumuishwa ili uweze kuingiza upya nenosiri lako.)
