Can't Access Website in Offline Mode

SELV does not load in offline mode. This can happen if Firefox is set to never remember history. (Set to permanent private browsing mode.) If Firefox is not remembering history, it will never cache anything and will therefore not show any cached data that should be visible offline.

Steps to reproduce problem in this situation: Login, Dist>Manage, turn off wifi, refresh. Page cannot load. / Login, Dist>Manage, turn off wifi, Dist>Manage, website will not navigate to Dist>Manage. Same page remains. 

Step-by-step guide 

  1. In Firefox web browser, go to Tools > Options.
  2. Go to Privacy.
  3. Under History section, select "Firefox will: Remember History" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click OK.
