Deployment & Training Plan

Roll-Out Roles & Responsibilities:

ISG is responsible for:

• Preparing technical training materials
• Knowledge transfer on the SELV system usage to Tatenda
• Knowledge transfer on SELV administrator functions to Tatenda
• Ensuring training and production systems are ready. Providing troubleshooting and issue resolution.

HSG is responsible for:

• Knowledge transfer on vrMIS, Tableau, and field coordinator processes to Tatenda (this will be accomplished via knowledge transfer sessions between Vidya, Tatenda, and Aida)
• Scheduling training with the provinces
• Delivering training, preparing the training agenda, and preparing non-technical (process) training content
• Identifying and reporting technical issues identified during the roll-out in Jira

Dependencies:

• Schedule depends on no major issues being identified during technical assessment trip, or speedy resolution of those issues
• Distribution schedule

Open Issues:

• Team will need to determine if there is a need for Sarah to return to Mozambique for training and roll-out after Josh’s visit.

Timeline

• May 5-9: Technical assessment trip
• Friday May 9^th:  Trip debrief. Assess readiness to launch in June. Identify gaps. Identify resource requirements for launch.
• June 1: SELV live, ready for production data entry
• Week of June 2-6: Maputo & Gaza Training
• Week of June 16th: Cabo Delgado & Niassa Training

• SELV Training for Field Coordinators
• Tableau Reports Training for all PAV Staff
• Data Entry of May distribution visit forms in SELV. All April data is entered in vrMIS. All May data is entered in SELV.
