2. Verify the email address.

3. Create a new functioning equipment at Deposito Distrital Cuamba for EPI program.

4. Change the functional status to Unserviceable and save the changes.

Result
No email is sent to the divo1's email address.

Expected behavior
divo1 should receive an email informing about the broken equipment.
