The page size is not specified for /inventoryItems endpoint

Description

Error window occurs after click “Start Fulfillment” button on Fulfill Orders screen (
example request URL: https://test.openlmis.org/api/inventoryItems?facilityId=a205764b-3998-4c89-afac-2bc9d737c8d3&page=0
).

Reproduction steps:

  1. As divo1 convert a requisition to order

  2. Go to Orders -> Fulfill Orders screen, click “Start Fulfillment” button for the order

  3. Error window occurs with message: “The page size is not specified”
