Extracts

Extracts and Multiple workbooks (or versions)

When extracts are shared among different workbooks, e.g. versions of the same workbook, changes such as adding/removing a calculated field effect the shared extract.  If one tries to go back to an earlier version of the workbook, the difference in the extract may result in the workbook failing to function as it did.

Todo:  if we are going to keep old versions of the workbook, we need to also track historical versions of the extract and possibly the connection (datasource) that generated them.
