• Because diluents' values should always equal those associated with their related vaccines, we probably don't need to collect the diluents' values separately. @Felimone Amone Junior will confirm this with the team.
  
  

• SELV requires that facilities be placed within the system's most specific geographic level (a district). We'll thus create a new province and district under which all intermediary-warehouses will be placed.
