• Because diluents' values should always equal those associated with their related vaccines, we probably don't need to collect the diluents' values separately. Felimone Amone Junior will confirm this with the team.
  
  
• SELV requires that facilities be placed within the system's most specific geographic level (a district). We'll thus create a new province and district under which all intermediary-warehouses will be placed.
