• Tablet Roll Out Status - Gaza

• 11 Day Gaza Distribution has started
• Observer starts on Thursday
• Tatenda will write up guidelines for observations per discussion
• Tatenda to update Excel statistics on Dropbox.

• PDF reports are used for quick updates - primary tool.
• Interactive Tabeau reports used sometimes during discussions at the Province level.
• No district level conversations because of hierarchy politics.

Software Development

• Tableau - Requests are more involved and time consuming.

• SELV v2 Maintenance / Updates budget is approximately $2K / Month
• October spend approximately $3K due to working through backlog
• Mike will provide estimates to allow team to make investment decisions.  Team recognizes trade-offs between creating reports that are reusable and extracting data for one time analysis.

• National roll-out decision is based on results from observations and results of current pilot.  Tatenda and Vidya will write-up results and recommendation.  Will need to project plan this to understand budget implications for HSG and ISG.
• Excel / Word on tablets - Would like this capability to enable note taking.  Microsoft apps don't run on Android tablets, but there is a third party tool available.  Mike can test when Sarah gets back with the tablet.
• Tablet Camera - Camera not enabled on one tablet - need password.
