New Feature Verification Process

As of 2017, this process is being reviewed. The Malawi implementation of OpenLMIS version 3 has made significant contributions, and we will revisit what worked and what to change about the contribution and feature verification process. Discussions include the technical considerations (such as June 2017 meeting).
An OpenLMIS implementer wants to potentially contribute a new feature to the OpenLMIS, below outlines the process of approaching the Product Committee with the requirements. The process outlines the ideal scenario of engagement and decision points between the Product and Technical Committee.

This page looks really good! I have a few extremely minor suggestions, though. It looks like the “No” option toward the bottom-middle of the diagram can use an accompanying arrow. Links to referenced documents like the Contribution Guide would be helpful, as would a link to information about the Tech Committee. Finally, I’m not quite sure what “refer to implementation models for support means.” Perhaps it would benefit from elaboration? In general, though, this is really nice.
