New Feature Verification Process

As of 2017, this process is being reviewed. The Malawi implementation of OpenLMIS version 3 has made significant contributions, and we will revisit what worked and what to change about the contribution and feature verification process. Discussions include the technical considerations (such as June 2017 meeting).

An OpenLMIS implementer wants to potentially contribute a new feature to the OpenLMIS, below outlines the process of approaching the Product Committee with the requirements. The process outlines the ideal scenario of engagement and decision points between the Product and Technical Committee.
