• EPI sending invitation letters

• Workshop to be Aug 7 and 8 1/2 day (VAN will be 8&9)

• Will need to update the agenda, but don’t think that should be an issue to make it 1.5 days (starting earlier and ending later)

• Christine can gather existing resources to start from

Documentation

• Felimone has updated processes in gap analysis

• Matt has been working on the requirements document

  • Finished SM and requisitions

  • Working on CCE and other pieces now

• Felimone to do an initial review and add any SELV specific requirements that we already know of

• @Christine Lenihan to review gap analysis, should also add executive summary

  • Matt noted we could also do that is a slide deck - Matt offered to lead that

Travel

• Matt will travel end of next week (31/1st since start of workshop pushed back)
