Retrospective
It’s great to have @Mateusz Kwiatkowski on the project closer to full time, without need to provide OpenLMIS-Malawi support. (Our team does have to support Angola, though, as necessary. We can revisit this after its support contract has been finalized - the same person whom provides support for Malawi might potentially do the same for Angola. The main drawback to this approach, though, is that the person would be overwhelmed if urgent support needs arise simultaneously within both projects.)
The Core team responded quickly to questions and merge requests. It’s great that we were thus able to create a release of the reference-data service and to make good progress on Volume Management.
It has been helpful to have Ben review the project’s CSV files as they’re provided.
Our tickets have been pretty clear.

Planning
We should be able to finish the Volume Management related work this week.
We’ll meet tomorrow in order to review new mockups related to batch-approval and reports.
Although stock management works fine without lots, it presents a slightly different UI and workflow. (Therefore, so as to offer a workflow which most closely resembles the one we’ll have longterm, it likely makes sense to configure generic lots to server as placeholders for the real ones we’ll eventually have.)
