Project Request Forms

This "project request" form should be completed anytime a significant projected is being planned or proposed. The purpose of this process is to ensure all community members are aware of upcoming projects, provide donor confidence that projects have been reviewed and vetted by the community, and, for projects targeted at the OpenLMIS Global Product, ensure alignment with the global team. This form should be filled out or any of the following scenarios:

• Partner is requesting that a project be started up and built by the OpenLMIS Global Team (via existing BMGF grant funding)
• Partner is seeking donor funding to support a project
• Partner wants to suggest a project that should be part of OpenLMIS, but as of yet there is no specific approach to how the work would be funded
• OpenLMIS Global Team is recommending a new project, regardless of funding source
