  • We're using the latest version of Superset, and its Brazilian Portuguese support is about half complete. Phrases which haven't yet been translated still appear in English. A thorough set of Continental Portuguese translations were added to Superset's codebase yesterday, though, and will therefore be a part of its next release. Clay Crosby (Unlicensed) will try to get a sense of when the next release will be. 

  • Ben Leibert will be on vacation from 7/30 - 8/17.

  • NexLeaf finished working on their API this week. if possible, Ben will try to update our NexLeaf client prior to going on vacation.

  • Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) has gathered most of the information related to mobile brigades and community engagement, and will share it with the team tomorrow. (This data, along with Timoteo's feedback, will allow us to build the production-level visualizations.)

  • We still have a problem regarding DHIS-2: although it's supposed to be updated by the 11th of each month, we still encounter nulls on the 12th of the month.   

    Clay Crosby (Unlicensed) and Antonate will discuss the possibility of querying DHIS-2 again on the 25th of the month. Doing so would require code change, though, and introduce additional load on DHIS-2. It seems as though our use of their API already brought the system down once. It may therefore be necessary to simply choose a later day in the month to query DHIS-2, and to use it exclusively.  

    Note that it's necessary to query DHIS-2 within the same month in which its reporting-period ends. So, for example, if March's reporting period ends on the 11th, it's important to query DHIS-2 on or before March 31.

  • Some data has gone missing from the database, and Antonate Maritim (Unlicensed) will look into the issue tomorrow.

  • Felimone Amone Junior is looking into SELV's Stockout rates as per our last meeting.
  • With the exception of the trimestral reports, which are pending data and feedback from Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed), all indicators and visualizations are done.

  • Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) recently provided HSS-Funds data, but it's formatted differently from what our wiki suggests. Clay Crosby (Unlicensed) will touch base with Timoteo about how to resolve the discrepancy.
  • We had planned to have a dedicated rollout and training for the SELV Dashboard in June. It wasn't finished in time, however, and we therefore lost the ability to fund such an event. Instead, we plan to introduce the SELV Dashboard to end users as part of the National workshop on VAN. The conference hasn't yet been given a firm date, however.

  • Clay Crosby (Unlicensed) thinks we can have all functonality related to the Dashboard finished by the end of next week (August 3rd), with the following caveats:
    • The team gets trimestral data from Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed), along with feedback about the relevant visualizations, very soon. 
    • There's a way to easily handle SEVL's stockout data. (This is an unknown related to business-rules regarding which the team has been waiting to hear about for several weeks.)
    • Superset publishes a release (with the latest Portuguese translations) soon.
    • Clay Crosby (Unlicensed) will have to confirm with Antonate Maritim (Unlicensed) that she can deliver  SD-44 - Getting issue details... STATUS  by August 3rd.
  • Clay Crosby (Unlicensed) will work with Peter Lubell-Doughtie (Unlicensed) to ensure we have the necessary resources.

  • Christine Lenihan or Dércio Duvane will follow up with Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) regarding VAN workshop's schedule.
