• We're ready to offer training, and doing so will afford the chance to explain to users how best to submit data to the system. It would be best to upgrade Superset prior to the training, however, and the upgrade has therefore become a bottleneck. Ben Leibert will again reach out to Ona regarding it today.
• Our support contract with Ona expires at the end of next month, on June 30th. Aside from the Superset upgrade, we've needed very little from Ona over the past several months. Until users begin making heavy use of the system, it probably doesn't make sense to pay Ona to support it.
• Ben Leibert should be able to get to the HSS update this week or the next. We'll schedule our next check-in for two weeks from now so as to follow up on this and the Superset upgrade.
