• Given that we'll host the dashboard ourselves rather than rely on Ona to do so, we have options regarding how it's hosted. Specifically, we can either pay monthly or yearly for hosting. The latter comes with a significant discount and is thus worth considering. Ruth will be the primary decision maker, but we should copy Ida and Dercio on the correspondence.
  
  
• Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) is still planning to offer user training. It's slatted to occur around July 2nd.
• Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) would like to add demo data to the system for use during the training. He'll plan to do so, and let Ben know if he encounters any problems.
• Swetha Srinath (Unlicensed) provided the documentation she wrote, and Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) has already translated it into Portuguese.
• Although the aforementioned documentation doesn't cover data ingestion, Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) would like to be able to distribute such information during the training session. Ben will thus combine guidance in the wiki's Data Submission via Email page with instructions embedded within our Excel templates into a single Word document. Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) will review and translate it into Portuguese.
  
  
• Because our opportunity to ask Ona to fix any bugs exhibited by the dashboard has nearly over, Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) will continue looking for any problems.
  
  
•  We'll briefly meet at 4:00 PM CAT on Wednesday, June 26th, to discuss any bugs Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) has found and to review the status of the dashboard's transition from Ona to us.

• Ben Leibert will review and refine our documentation related to data submission.
  
• Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) will translate the aforementioned documentation into Portuguese after receiving it.
