• Clay is no longer with Ona, nor involved with the PAV Dashboard.
  
  
• Ben Leibert has asked Ona to change passwords related to the Dashboard following Clay's departure. They've been slow to respond, though.
  
  
• Our support contract with Ona expires at the end of this month. Ben Leibert is trying to ensure a smooth transition toward having VillageReach host the system. Ona, however, is currently slow to respond.
  
  
• Ona upgraded Superset and the update seems to have gone well! Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) tested the system and didn't find any bugs.
  
  
• There are several potentially-minor UI tweaks that Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) would like, and he may identify more. 
  
  
• Ben Leibert will work on the aforementioned UI tweaks if and when possible, but doesn't think he'll likely have time soon. Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) will schedule training for Central and Provincial level personnel within the next month or so and will demonstrate use of the system as-is. By getting people to use the system and beginning to glean value from it, we may be able to justify investing in its further refinement.
  
  
• Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) considers system-documentation to be requisite for the training exercises that he plans to hold. Ben Leibert will touch base with Swetha Srinath (Unlicensed) about the documentation she had started to create. If and when it's finished, Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) will translate it into Portuguese.
  
  
• Distinct training sessions will be held for the Central and Provincial level personnel.
  
  
• Regardless of whether or not we can make improvements to the system soon, we should document all of the ones we'd like. Jira is the ideal tool for logging requests, and Ben Leibert will email Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) instructions related to its use.

Action Items

• Ben Leibert will continue working to ensure that VR can host the PAV Dashboard by the end of the month.
• Ben Leibert will ensure that the system's passwords are updated.
• Ben Leibert will touch base with Swetha about the system's documentation.
• Ben Leibert will send Timoteo instructions about how to create requests within Jira.
• Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) will find, review, and translate existing documentation which describes how to submit data to the PAV Dashboard.

• Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) will schedule training for Provincial and Central level personnel and let the rest of the team know when it will be held.
