Notes
- We don't yet have REC/REC data. Even though we agreed that the RED/REC visualizations can and should mirror the Trimestral ones, the lack of RED/REC data is still somewhat of an impediment. It shouldn't take long to create some sample data, though, and Timoteo will plan to do do. Note that SELV collected a subset of the RED/REC data, as shown below. Because it doesn't collect all of it, though, it currently makes sense to gather complete set of RED/REC data via email from the central level as planned.
- Although we have HSS-Funds and Trimestral data for Q1 and Q2 of 2018, we don't yet have such data for Q3 nor Q4.
- Jason plans to update the dashboard's TLS certs such that they're automatically renewed prior to expiring.
- Jason also plans to explore some of the Superset issues we've had, like the disappearing filters. Based on feedback from the Apache team, it sounds as though our specific installation may been broken when we upgraded to the latest version of Superset.
- In order to create a read-only user, you exclusively assign it the "gama" and "Regular Data Access" roles.
- There's no need for the Stockout tabs to exactly mirror the Coverage ones. Additionally, given that we have district-level stockout info, it would probably make sense to display it within the Province dashboard.
- Given that the stockout formulas and data sources intended for use within Tableau is currently undergoing revision, it's okay of the initial release of the PAV Dashboard doesn't include stockout projections. We can consider adding them when we revamp the stockout section to reflect the upcoming changes within Tableau.
- Population values only look to be used exclusively for the coverage calculations. Timoteeo has initial new metrics for 2019, though, and we need to determine how we'll incorporate them without causing inappropriate updates to prior year's metrics.
Action items
- Clay Crosby (Unlicensed) will add the CSV templates (used for data submission via email) to the wiki.
- Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) will use the RED/REC template to create sample data.
- Clay Crosby (Unlicensed) will schedule a meeting after Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) created the sample RED/REC data. It will allows us to jointly review the data-submission process, and will ideally be attended by Clay, Timoteo, Ben, and Janette. (I gave you this task, Clay, because you know Janette's schedule best.)
- Clay Crosby (Unlicensed) will create the RED/REC charts after the sample RED/REC data has been submitted.
- Clay Crosby (Unlicensed) will tweak the calculations used within the Breakage and Coverage charts.
- Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) will send Ben Leibert additional Portuguese for use within the dashboards.
- Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) will tell Ben Leibert how to group antigens within the dashboards' Stockout sections.
- Ben Leibert will add tables or labels to the Stockout sections which indicate the number of facilities visited per province (or per district depending on the tab).
- Ben Leibert will include syringes among the metrics reported in the Stockout section.
- Ben Leibert will update the line-chart in the Stockout section such that it defaults to the display of year to date information.
