Notes

• Timoteo's recent demo with a number of external stakeholders went well. The feedback was positive, and session didn't result in any necessary technical changes. The main things requested at this point are:
  
  1. The documentation on which Swetha Srinath (Unlicensed) working.
  2. Fixed to the filter problems (for which we're awaiting Superset's upcoming release).
  
  
• Timoteo recently sent Clay headers for the HSS-funds template. Based on Clay's feedback, they need to be:
  

  unidade_gestao
  dotacao_actualizada
  dotacao_disponivel
  execuao
  porcentagem_de_execuao

  
  We decided to use an Excel template in order to help ensure use of these headers as well as use of the proper file name. (When parsing email, the system looks to filenames in order to determine whether what kind of data is being submitted. It looks to the email's subject-line to determine the date to which the data applies.)
  
  
• As mentioned in our last check-in, Timoteo and Clay reviewed and validated all of the visualizations based on DHIS-2 data.
  
  
• The 2019-population data we're using is based on projections created two years ago. At some point this year, the MoH will provide more accurate population values.
  
  
• Clay Crosby (Unlicensed) volunteered to remove the redundant text which appears in the HSS data and which, as shown below, clutters its display.
  
  
  
  As the screenshot suggests, both of the following phrases should be removed from all controls on the page:

• Clay is slated to head to Afghanistan for a week, on March 25th.

Action items

• Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) will send Ben the HSS template file so that we can post it on the server.
• Clay Crosby (Unlicensed) will remove "DIRECCAO PROVINCIAL DA SAUDE DE" and "DIRECCAO PROVINCIAL DA SAUDE DA" from the text within controls on the HSS tab. (Thank you for volunteering to take this on!)
• Ben Leibert will get access to the existing Scalyr account.
• Ben Leibert will remove all existing HSS data from the database and let Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) know when he's done so.
• Timoteo Chaluco (Unlicensed) will email HSS data to the system after Ben has removed the old data.
