1

SOH Report

As a District EPI Officer, I mostly use SOH report when I need to quickly check my usable stock. Other than that, I can also get other important information like AMC, MOS, GIT and ordered quantity for the items.

AMC - average monthly consumption
MOS - months of stock
GIT - goods in transit (inbound towards me)

Bin Card Report

As a District EPI Officer, I use this report when I need to get detailed transaction information (both issue and receive) of a specific item.  On the bin card report, I can also see from which supplier I got the product and for which facility I issued it.

3

VRF Report

As a District EPI Officer, I use this report to refer to my previously submitted VRFs and their fulfillment rate. I can also print a hardcopy of the VRFs if I need to.

Ashraf Islam Muhammad Ahmed Why is this useful? Is it more for the fulfillment rate or so that I can see what I submitted last month? These might need to be split into two stories, since this covers a number of features (fulfillment rate, view, print)

Also, can we please get screenshots for these stories?

4

GIT By Item Report

As a District EPI Officer, I use this report to know in advance which items are issued (on the way) to my district so that I can prepare my cold chain to accommodate these ‘Goods In Transit’.

Supplier SOH

Most of the time we have a constant refill amount for each product for a year. But, as a District EPI Officer, when the products that are supplied to my site vary in quantity, knowing my Supplier’s SOH helps me to understand the reason behind the variation and gives me a clue if it’s because of the stock amount they have.
