- Improves reporting for developers and implementers

  - Monitor and alerting - is it up is a question that pops up in slack
  - Logging - debug what's going on
  - Data pumps (is this a strategy for configuration)

Demo Data
- Improves workflow for a lot of people: QA, devs, demos, et al
- Sub-list (epic looks incomplete):
  - Add demo data where it's missing (orders, PoD)
  - https://openlmis.atlassian.net/browse/OLMIS-5165 (this would get rid of the need to use Malawi dataset for release testing)
