estimating epics in thousand / hundreds
maybe we should consider epic as a small project:
- reporting epic status
- epic decides about a release schedule
adventure is a set of epics
vaccines = adventure?
since we have a few teams the adventures don't make sense
The Roles of an Agile Release Cycle
- the Release Manager - do we have that person?
- we are not sure who is the Build Master in OpenLMIS
chart of responsibilities - it looks interesting and can help to improve transparency
