  • In the new design, vaccines should be treated as one type of products, while equipments should be treated differently (mostly aligned with current 2.0 situation)

  • TW (as one implementor) should start analysing and assessing impact of 3.0 design changes, provide feedback to the community, and put upgrade/compatibility tasks into its own backlog
