Agenda

  1. Current Status

  2. Present at upcoming Product Committee

Notes

Status:

  • Chongsun

    • Stood up instance of v3 reporting stack

      • Very little data for reporting stack to be useful

    • Progress is stuck on getting the test systems set up

  • Philip working on monitoring, proof of concept looks good

  • Josh

    • From meeting with Ashraf/Elias - Question about how much data needs to be moved over

  • Ian/Hassan

    • Working on NIDC integration

    • Setting up pipeline and v3

Test Instance Setup

  • Josh: These systems are intended to be setup on multiple machines. Standing up on a single server will require a power machine

  • Alfred: TZ team has been trying to set up everything on the same server (as this was all that was available)

  • Current setup:

    • 16GB RAM, Lots 'o space, CPU?

    • Chongsun: Potentially possible to house elmis, pipeline, and v3 (not the reporting stack)

  • Next Steps

    • Setup v3 on a separate AWS instance (which account?)

NIDC

  • Josh: There is value in having v3 in the NIDC but it may not be worth having the whole pipeline in the national data center as this may slow things down

    • Install the pipeline and v3 in AWS. Move to NIDC as possible

    • Ian and Chongsun agree with this approach

Next Steps

  • Continuing to work through Casper epic tickets

  • Josh - proof of concept is wrapping up (nice!), now we're reading for the next phase

    • Need to figure out what that next phase would be and where the funding would come from

    • Need to show the poc working with the reporting stack

  • Alfred - Feedback from Ashraf/Elias to improve certain aspects of the workflow could be taken into account
