Discussion Points

• Are we gathering any performance improvement guidelines as work is going on with this?

Mind the Gap (Sam):

• Will start the sprint shortly
• Sent out release survey and will be going over results today

Parrot (Sebastian):

• Focusing on performance work
  • Having difficulties deploying to perf test 
  • Adding more profilers
• 2 Blocker bugs have been unblocked and are done/in-progress
• Also backlogged one tech-debt ticket
• Created new instance to run functional tests (along with scripts to start/stop)
  • Will only run on-demand for tests

Ona (Clay):

• Working on DHIS2 planning and discussing with Josh
  • Josh: Data pumps likely not a part of the work for 3.6
  • Discussing whether transport of DHIS data should be included or not
• Craig to write tickets for DHIS2 work for the dev team to get started on Monday

JSI (Ashraf):

• Will be adding more tickets shortly
• Focusing on finishing up the shipment file work
• Also picking up some quickwin tickets
• Setting up meeting with Josh regarding Kitting

Action Items

• Wesley Brown to gather feedback from teams (start with Craig?) regarding working with API and services
• Sam Im (Deactivated) after the release is done, then Sam will send out a release retrospective survey
• Wesley Brown to follow up on OLMIS-5665 for team parrot
• Wesley Brown to set up meeting between JSI and Josh regarding Kitting
