• Decide on interval for these meetings going forward

  • Sam: Prefers shorter more frequent meetings

  • Sam: Maybe just post in Slack on Tuesday with in person meetings on Friday

• Decide if there it is valuable to include Sebastian (both for him and us)

  • Invite Sebastian (Soldevelo) but focus on keeping to time

  • Have to move meeting earlier

• Ticket writing notes:

  • Make sure to include story points, components, fix version

• Would like to schedule release retrospective

  • Have each team talk about experience

  • Include Mary Jo and Brandon in discussions for how to release going forward

• Continue to include other people who can help with training on certain topics
