Discussion Points

  • Review plans for Zambia Gap Meetings: November Meetings in Lusaka, Zambia
  • Review testing plan and expectations
    • Bug must be reported before Bug Triage meetings - should be done when an issue is found by the person who found it
      • Make sure to include enough detail to reproduce bug
      • Include Expected behavior as well as current (presumably faulty) behavior
    • Need dedicated member from JSI and Ona:
      • Ona: have a dedicated QA person who will be available (though shared), Clay will be on leave and so another Ona person (Craig) will be tasked with managing the testing
      • JSI: Muhammad will be testing lead with support from Adunga
  • Schedule non-coding work that can be done when testing and release work is finish but before release is completed

Mind the Gap (Sam):

  • Focused in finishing the multiple suppliers config
  • Working on the reporting pages with Ona

Parrot:

  • Release faster epic work
  • Working on one bug (OLMIS-5666)
  • Working on a couple of functional tests
    • Regression tests have not been removed when functional tests have been created
    • Need to define, at least in principal, how we will do this

Ona (Craig/Clay): 

  • Need help with  OLMIS-5499 - Getting issue details... STATUS
    • Sam: At (over) capacity
    • Sebastian: Will discuss with team to size ticket but would have to remove tickets to get this done
  • Will make QA person available
  • Not finding any requisition data from UAT (where the date-restricted parameters were added to the api)
    • Need to get data added to the server (question)
    • Clay to follow up

JSI (Ashraf):

  • Status of OLMIS-4403 (part of Sprint 109 but still in QA status)
  • Muhammad to communicate with Clay about how he can help with reporting work
  • Will add in some more quickwins based on Adunga's availability

  • Ashraf to schedule meeting with Mary Jo and Wes to go over grooming
  • Sam Im (Deactivated) to set up meeting for Clay, Craig, Wes, Sam, Muhammad need to meet to discuss test plan for reporting
  • Wesley Brown Confirm meeting change to 9:30am with Clay and Sebastian
  • Craig Appl (Unlicensed) will ask Clay about taking tickets 5499 and 5501 from MtG for sprint 112
  • (If required) Sam Im (Deactivated) to schedule meeting with Josh, Chongsun, and Clay/Craig regarding OLMIS-5499
  • Wesley Brown to gather feedback from teams (start with Craig?) regarding working with API and services
  • Wesley Brown to set up meeting to discuss/plan notification work for 3.6 with MtG and others as needed
  • Wesley Brown to set up meeting to discuss/plan ARV work for 3.6 with JSI and others as needed.
  • Wesley Brown Update Tasks for 3.4 code freeze with 3.5 tasks
