Discussion Points

• 3.5 Release Schedule - Most of team will be in Zambia one of the weeks of the sprint for the release

  • Can testing get started while team leads are in Zambia

  • Will try having a new role of "Release Coordinator" for this release - Wes will fill this role for 3.5

    • Ashraf - This will be difficult to do from Zambia (Wes - Agreed!)

    • Craig - Ditto

  • Suggestion to move the release back to the next sprint

    • Some teams will start to go on leave in mid-December which could cause issues

    • Maybe try to do the release on a separate schedule from the sprints or start the testing in one sprint and finish the release in the early part of the next

Mind the Gap (Sam):

• At capacity for sprint

• Multiple suppliers

• Picked up some bugs

• Not able to pick up reporting bugs

  • OLMIS-5499 (priority), OLMIS-5501

  • This will block Ona

  • Chongsun would be the best to work on this

• Would be interested in helping or taking on Notification feature for 3.6 (from JSI)

  • Switch ARV's to JSI

Parrot:

Ona (Craig/Clay): 

• Clay to Tanzania next week (nice!)

  • Feedback and workshop on current reports

• Continuing on reporting features

• Craig working on mobile stock management

• Looking to get feedback on Report organization

  • Wiki + Discourse discussion

JSI (Ashraf)

• OLMIS-5619 is stretch goal for Elias

• Muhammad's work with Ona on report feedback/questions will be a little unstructured

• Waiting to hear back from Adugna on OLMIS-5545 and/or OLMIS-5494
