Showcase next week
What can teams showcase?
Ona team can showcase reporting work
MtG to hopefully showcase mCSD spike
JSI to showcase on Wednesday (Elias to lead)
Issues with people travelling?
Long-running In-Progress tickets

Can we reflect that actual working status of these tickets better?
Have assignee update ticket with comment or ticket changes
For people on vacation - should re-assign tickets to someone else or team lead
Can be highlighted by team during stand up
For tickets that will not get done in a sprint
Sometimes just remove them from the sprint (smaller tickets)
Sometime leave them in ToDo and work on them in the next sprint
This has been left up to the team to decide
Sam: Removing the ticket from the sprint once we know that it will not be done
Going forward - will remove tickets, add comment to the ticket, and update Slack in end-of-day message

Include Mary Jo and Brandon in discussions for how to release going forward
