- Can we reflect that actual working status of these tickets better?
- Have assignee update ticket with comment or ticket changes
- For people on vacation - should re-assign tickets to someone else or team lead
- Can be highlighted by team during stand up
- For tickets that will not get done in a sprint
- Sometimes just remove them from the sprint (smaller tickets)
- Sometime leave them in ToDo and work on them in the next sprint
- This has been left up to the team to decide
- Sam: Removing the ticket from the sprint once we know that it will not be done
- Going forward - will remove tickets, add comment to the ticket, and update Slack in end-of-day message
