Create test case workflow for Fulfillment. The purpose of creating this workflow before the development tickets are completed is to begin test driven development (TDD) and document our expected testing workflow for regression.

• this workflow will be updated with actual steps once the tickets are completed

• this workflow will be used for regression testing

• Request for help with completing this workflow, and would like feedback

• What expectations do developers have for this workflow? Can they contribute to test cases as code is being written? Will this be used as design documentation for the development work?
