Background
Facility List report
Purpose: This report displays a list of all the facilities
parameters:
program
Period (which can be an A / B / C quarter period)
Geographic filter which can be entire country or a subset
Active/
inactive
For a selected program and period, it shows a list of facilities, including:
Facility code
name
type
district
owner
2. User Summary Report
Displays proportion of users in various functions. Can be filtered by supervisory node, role, and program
