Reporting - Order Summary
Goals/Scope
Zambia specific report which generate issue voucher which is sent to MSL for resupply
Status in eLMIS: Implemented.
Status in OpenLMIS: Not implemented within OpenLMIS, can be created in Tableau
Priority: High priority for Zambia
Background
Use:
- If no interface between WMS - useful for export
- Used by: LMU - logistics management unit/whoever is the one that performs the final step of converting the requisition to an order
The report shows:
- product code
- product name
- facility name
- pack size
- packs to ship
Note: PDF and Excel export includes addional datapoint Supplimental Funds Used
Parameters:
- program
- schedule
- year
- period (which can be an A / B / C quarter period)
- Geographic Zone (district, region, country)
- Facility Type
- Facility
Assumptions
In this story user means or one of the following, Health Facility incharge, DMO, Community and Regional Management Team (C/RHMT), Logistics officer/Advisors, Senior level decision maker, M&E officer/Advisor etcO
