Contracting Update

Double check the contract end dates.

  • Contracts end 31 May 2019
  • Invoiced amounts will decline starting in April
  • For JSI, there are some admin close-out costs in May; hopefully those will be covered by April coming under budget. (May time was not included in the estimate JSI provided.)

Travel Requests


Please submit your USAID concurrence request to Wesley Brown.

May 6-7 in Nairobi, Kenya, hosted by Ona

  • Wesley Brown to inform Olivia about this trip, specifically for JSI funding, and confirm that contracts/budgets can support the expected costs and extra time 

March & April (Sprints 121 &122)  -  Gap Project Review

Team Feedback:

    • Wes: The teams have completed their final 3.6 features (or shortly will be) and the testing/release  process will start on Monday
  • Ona
  • JSI (Ashraf)
    • Programming for 3.6 features is complete but testing is ongoing and should be completed by EoB on Friday
    • Working on feedback from reviews
  • MTG (Sam)
    • Will be taking on OLMIS-6152 and complete by tomorrow to include in the 3.6 release
