Short description: A user needs to be able to glance at the OpenLMIS-UI to determine if they are online or not. This functionality will eventually be implemented into other spots in the UI. This could be accomplished by a directive, or directly watching a variable on the rootScope The visual design of this ticket will be when the browser is offline, the gradient from the header is removed, and the text "Offline" is displayed at the top of the screen. |
