Short description: Add submit button to action bar Permissions of who can see this button or when it is visible (only in certain states of the requisition?): _____ Error handling / displaying error messages: _______ After you click it, what do you see next or where do you go if it works: _____ Acceptance Criteria The submit button is only shown when the requisition is in INITIATED status Clicking submit opens the confirmation modal Clicking submit saves any changes done to the requisition, validates them and finally changes its status to SUBMITTED A success modal is shown after the action is confirmed and the submission is successful The requisition won't be submitted if the validation fails When you go back to the Create / Authorize page, the submitted requisition should show up in the list with the status of SUBMITTED
