Team stats: https://openlmis.atlassian.net/secure/Dashboard.jspa?selectPageId=12504 | (5 min) | Team Ona, Team JSI, and the Core team came together in Seattle to discuss the reporting workstream. The focus was on knowledge sharing and planning out the 3.5 release. Notes from the meeting are here: In Person Reporting Meeting Notes 27-28 Aug 2018. Reporting Workstream Key outcomes:
Team is currently in sprint 107 (first sprint after new release). See link left for details of sprint. Highlights: Team is identifying FHIR resources and moving forward with mCSD profile for facility information (part of integration work). Team is also working on reporting metrics and getting reporting stack more seamless (single sign on). Team got together in person a few weeks ago - follow along Gap Project. List of reports they are focusing on first were highlighted. Possible upcoming presentation for future meeting. Feature wokstream and architecture epics highlighted in roadmap (for those who are new to this work). See linked notes to left with further updates. For Features - a lot of open questions about next up features (top of the table). A lot of Business Analysis that needs to be done before diving into these, hence the focus on Reporting and Architecture at this time. If you need clarification on any work, let Mary Jo know ad we can add more background to this call. |
Update on OpenSRP mobile integration work
| Craig Appl (Unlicensed) (5 min) | On hold til next meeting. Most of the work on OpenSRP is aiming to be finalized by end of the month. We'll have a demo experience on having a tablet app for stock on hand (linked to OpenSRP) soon! Software Update - The team has performed metadata alignment for tradeItems, commodityTypes and orderables so now OpenSRP has a replica of what's in UAT2 |
NFR Performance Update | Wesley Brown | Open questions from meeting on the 14th → please provide reviews. We are looking for more feedback Discussed current NFR Performance use-cases with Josh. There seems to be some commonality with the current performance tests being executed on Jenkins and we should likely align the NFR Perf Use-Cases to match. This would remove the current Malawi-focused use-cases with a more generalized set of use-cases that would hopefully cover more of the overall OLMIS feature set. *During call, looked at the use cases (see link left). Any more to add in? Mary Jo Question - when would we look at prioritizing use cases? improvements? Wes - can be going on in parallel. We do know the results from Malawi based test, we can see some areas for improvements. Goal is to have use cases that can be automatically tested. |
Proposed UI Changes for 3.5 | Adugna Yilma (Unlicensed) | Adugna has some proposed UI changes to allow for the display the item quantity in packs. The discuss for this topic can be found here. Not on call Mary Jo - UI changes shared through Google Group (reference Adugna's email). Specifically around approver - new UI element to add? If you have comments/feedback (specifically folks in Malawi), please respond. Potential feature for 3.5. |
Requested New Feature
| Not on call Mary Jo - another good opportunity where Malawi and others can let us know their needs so the team can deliver in the 3.5 release. This ask was one on a product list. | |
Next PC meeting: Ideas?? | Discussion on new feature request around NFS products available for ordering without losing performance. | |
