Sprint 11

Sprint 11

13 Oct. 2016 - 26 Oct. 2016

Goals

  1. Finish 3.0 Beta tickets
  2. Just that! We have only added the remaining 3.0 Beta tickets from the backlog to sprint 11.

Process Improvements

A number of improvements were decided on at the retrospective from Sprint 10 held in person at SolDevelo:

  1. Speed up ‘In Review’ by doing reviews first every day.
  2. Have someone who knows v2 screenshare how it works directly to SolDevelo
  3. Work on improving developer-to-QA communication (as a first step, the teams agreed to start a #qa slack channel)
  4. Create a #help slack channel so that frequent questions are more visible to other developers
  5. Create a script to load demo data into blue
