Issuing Stock : UI experience by @Josh Zamor (Deactivated), @Chongsun Ahn (Unlicensed)

Assumptions: Flow is for one storeroom. Someone calls the storeroom manager and asks to be sent stock. We are assuming that the stock probably already picked off the shelf and decided what to send. NOT a workflow for pick pack list (suggesting first expiry). Pick Pack would be addressed in local fulfillment.

Questions:

  • How do you sort the orderables on the "select commodities" screen?

  • How many lots per tradeItem? Sometimes

  • Where should the user go after completion? Potentially overall stock on hand. Show the issue.

Adjustment : UI experience by @Pengfei Cui (Deactivated) and @Brandon Bowersox-Johnson

Assumptions : Starts with the user directly doing an adjustment. Didn't do adjustments by batch, only one at a time.

Questions :

  • How do you see the change?

  • If doing a physical stock count, can I be directed to this screen? Potentially and need to discuss.

  • Need to discuss multi-select or batch adjustments.

Physical Inventory : UI experience by @Shiyu Jin (Deactivated) and @Nick Reid (Deactivated)

Assumptions : This is the regularly scheduled physical inventory (not the ad hoc one). This is not the first physical inventory to create stock cards.

Questions :

  • Why do I need to see what physical inventories done?

  • How do you sort?

  • What about a progress bar?

  • What about a finding product/orderable modal?

  • What orderables do you see? Can you see all the approved products?

  • What about large differences with the SOH?
